Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), which primarily deals with addressing and preventing issues like gender-based violence and harassment in an institution.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Create awareness about sexual harassment through educational initiatives and sensitization programs.
- Implement and monitor policies that aim to prevent harassment in the institution.
- Ensure that the workplace or educational environment is free from any form of gender-based discrimination or harassment.
