Dr. P. Bindu Swetha is an accomplished academician, researcher, and innovation leader with over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, administration, and innovation management. She has been recognized with prestigious honors including Best Innovation Ambassador, Young Innovator, Best Researcher, and Best Teacher awards. Her research contributions include 51 paper in journal and conference publications, 10 book chapters, one authored book, and 15 patent filings. She actively mentors and supervises over 33 undergraduate and postgraduate scholars, fostering a culture of research and innovation. As Dean – Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship and Student Development Mentor, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening innovation ecosystems, promoting entrepreneurship, and guiding students toward real-world problem-solving.
