Gadepalli Spandana is working as Lecturer in the Department of English in Ravindra College of Engineering for women, Kurnool. She is also acting as the coordinator of Web site committee, convener of the cultural events under the title Strings committee, coordinator of English Club “ERUDITE” , Class incharge, Co Convener of MUGDHA 2K15. She has 6 years of teaching experience. She has obtained her Masters degree in English literature from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. She has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Science from Osmania Degree College for women, Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
Before joining RCEW, she taught in Osmania Degree College for women, Kurnool.
She has worked in the following institutions:

1. She has presented a paper in a Two Day National seminar conducted by the department of Higher Education on “Role of Teachers in enhancing the quality of Higher Education” on 6th & 7th February 2010.
